The hair looks great. it is as described. my only problem with this platform is the length of the hair an 18 in looks more like a 12 in. 18 in length shouldn't be shoulder length, that's 12 in. as in other platforms, they're 18 in which almost reach my mid back. besides that, everything else is great. no shedding,, no smell.
